Nicole's journey into interiors began with textile design for soft furnishings, later developing her own range of flocked cushions.

 

In 2014 she was invited to create the oversized bloom wallpaper seen in the Alannah Hill Emporium boutique in Melbourne along with a seamless, muralled tile sales counter of old Hollywood glamour and peacocks. The result at that grand scale was captivating, enveloping the customer in an enchanting bouquet of romanticism.

Since then Nicole has begun to design full interiors for retail spaces. Often working holistically with the brand's identity to deliver the graphic design, signage, packaging, stationary and staff uniforms. By working multi-disciplinarily, with each element of the brand being considered concurrently, there's a resultant interconnectedness that communicates the same narrative into the marketplace and makes for a seamless experience.

Nicole creates spaces that are meaningful and functional, both to the brand, and to be in. Who you are, what you want to say and who you want to reach are all the elements that collide visually and aim for a visceral response. She approaches each project and its unique challenges with absolute optimism and an open mind, seeing it as a means to breed innovation.

 

With a meticulous eye for detail she's always striving to give you the best result, and believes that fabulous outcomes don't need to equate to extraordinary budgets.
